Wheat, Rice, Amla, Raw Raddish, Moong, Parvar, Sugar, Cows Ghee, Milk, Honey, Black resins,Pomgranate, Mineral salt, Triphala and Divya jala.

Always avoid :

Curd, Fish, Paneer, Cheese, Salty, Sour sustances, Dry and cold foods, Fried and stale food.
